In Rome, T.Tobal plan the general lines of the project. Create a database of spectroscopic images, obtained by amateurs and managed by a Pro-Am team. Include all bright stars (V = 5) from the northern and southern hemispheres, inspired in the classical work named Henry Draper Catalogue (HD). |

Starting a bibliographic search of suitable sources, especially the publications of the Henry Draper Memorial and The Annals of Harvard College Observatory. The formation of a specialized library (classical and modern) will be a constant throughout the project. |
